For nearly three decades, parking took place
in front of Angel Studio, on a routine basis.

Most of the epitaphs inscribed on these headstones reflect my distain
and disgust at testimony contrary to reality, which was presented at a hearing
chaired by Dennis A. Watson. Mr. Watson disregarded testimony from
people who parked there on a regular basis, in favor of people
who couldn't "remember", "never saw" or outright lied.

Collectively, the officials of wEST vIEW also share the blame.
They were complicit in trying to cover the ass of a fool police chief,
cHARLES hOLTGRAVER, who illegally and repeatedly
issued tickets for "sidewalk obstruction",
while the vehicle was parked totally and completely on private property.

Still, the two main culprits, circumventing usual governmental checks
and balances, were the ethically bankrupt Pittsburgh attorneys,
Borough Solicitor Fred E. Baxter, Jr. and his former law partner, and cohort,
Zoning Board Chairman and President of the Pittsburgh Law firm,
Grogan Graffan P.C. Attorney Dennis A. Watson.
