Here are
some of the photographs submitted (and given no
credibility) at the wEST vIEW zoning board hearing, chaired
by Pittsburgh Attorney Dennis A Watson. Dennis A Watson is
President of the prestigious Pittsburgh law firm Grogan
Graffan, PC.
.I
certainly would not use words like ethical, honorable, fair
and principled to describe this man. It seems that nothing
else mattered when attempting to save face for a
connected-oneA, cHARLES hOLTGRAVER,
the police chief.

This picture perfectly illustrates just how prevalent
parking in front of 479 Perry Highway really was. Although
this photo was taken to show the front of 483 Perry Highway,
looking closely at the far left of the photograph, there is
a vehicle parked in front of 479 Perry Highway. The shadow
from the vehicle can be plainly seen in the snow as well.

Long before I
purchased the building in 1970, parking in front of
the building at 479 Perry Highway was usual,
typical and routine for customers, family, friends
and suppliers. More importantly parking predated
the existing zoning code, thus it was
grandfathered, and not subject to current zoning
ordinances.
"It's
Elementary, My Dear Watson"
There was never a need to document the everyday,
routine aspect of vehicles parking in front, until
cHIEF hOLTZGRAVERA came on
the scene.

This picture was taken prior to April of 1970, when Angel
Studio relocated to 479 Perry Hwy. On the close-up you can
see tracks of tires from cars whch pulled into the parking
area in front of the Color Shop. Those same tracks can be
followed past the parked car in the driveway, after "loading
and unloading".C

This picture shows the parking area, in front of the
building. Lines were painted to call attention to the
drop-off, which was hard to see from inside vehicles.
Nevertheless, cars sometimes would go over that edge and get
caught, or scrape bottom.
Subsequently, the parking area was
replaced and leveled, specifically to avoid having
customers' cars become immobilized when scraping
bottom. Evidence of the scrapes and resulting erosion
of the asphalt can readily be seen on the close-up.

Not only did
Pittsburgh Attorney Dennis
A WatsonA (President of the
prestigious Pittsburgh Law firm, Grogan Graffan
P.C.) not accept the above photographs as being
credible, but he likewise refused to accept the
corroborating testimony of neighbors, customers as
well as people who resided there, and whom all had
testified they had parked there for nearly three
decades.
SHAME!

Over the
intervening years additional photographs have been found
which further corroborate the testimony given and the facts
presented at the wEST vIEW Tribunal, chaired by
Pittsburgh Attorney Dennis A Watson, President of the
prestigious Pittsburgh law firm Grogan Graffan, P.C. It
seems quite evident that Dennis A Watson, Pittsburgh
Attorney and President of Grogan Graffan, P.C. would not
have accepted these as being credible either!

This picture, circa 1967-1968 was taken of the window at 483
Perry Hwy. A vehicle can be seen parked in front of 479
Perry Highway. The red firemen's pole to the left of the car
can also be seen in other early photographs of the front of
Angel Studio.

Here is another instance of a car using the parking area.
Judging from gas prices, it was taken in the early 1970's.
The entire photo shows a view of the entire area, evidently
the reason the photo was taken.

This picture was taken sometime in the early winter of 1970,
prior to Angel Studio relocating to 479 Perry Hwy. The
tracks in the snow show the frequency of parking in front of
the building. In addition to the darker tracks in front, on
the enlarged view you can see lighter tracks going parallel
to the building.

From 1988 when the studio was sold, until the early 1990's,
the new owner and his wife often parked in front with their
van. Their customers parked there as well. He and I had a
mutual agreement that the front space went with the
business, unfortunately I have been unable to find any
photos.

This picture is date stamped August 25, 1995, and shows my
granddaughter who was born in August of 1992. From shortly
after her birth until she was over 4 years old, my daughter
dropped her off every day for me to babysit. Most times it
was my daughter's car that was parked in the front space and
we would have coffee or breakfast before my daughter went to
work for the day. Once the new owner of Angel Studio closed
the business, my daughter always parked in front,
particularly during inclement weather, and she used the
convenience of the front door. This
picture from 1995, was just before the mentally-challenged
police chief
cHARLES hOLTGRAVERA began
issuing tickets for sidewalk obstruction for a vehicle
parked completely on private property.

AND WHAT DOES
THIS QUOTE SAY ABOUT
THE VERY OBSERVANT FORMER FIRE
CHIEF
".... Really and
truthfully, the only time I can say I remember
seeing a car parked there was this past Memorial
Day. I believe it could have been a little red car
just parked out in front of the building. Other
than that, I've never really paid that much
attention to it."

wEST vIEW Zoning Board
November
1999...
Such candor from
Ronald Woozy George's testimony, He saw the signs
and streamers, but missed decades of parking, as
well as the numerous times that even hOLTZGRAVER
can't deny, when citations were issued time and
time again in 1998. During 1998 hOLTZGRAVER
illegally and repeatedly ordered a series of
citations to be issued as my car sat parked on my
property in front of the building at 479 Perry
Highway...
Where was Woozy?? Eastern Outer Jubbeebee?
Buffungoo, Egypt?
Ronald Woozy George even missed all the "loading
and unloading".
It's easy to understand now, why Ronald George has
the nickname, Woozy.
He sure was a
credible witness, wasn't
he!

This photo is an accurate depiction
of the precise position of how Deanne Ebbert's ample
arse
used to be attached to the window ledge. Taking the weight
off your legs,
and resting when there are no kids to cross is
understandable. But if you do that, don't raise the
complaint that you can't see down the highway because of a
car parked on private property.
Move that ample arse from its perch under the shadow of the
building, away from the ledge,
and your view is completly unobstructed.
Weren't you a Crossing
Guard, busybody? Did your job description mandate
that you needed to watch these children as they walked
home?
Pinnochio's nose grew when he told
a lie.
Deanne Ebbert'sA ample arse keeps
growing even larger...
both from lying under oath, as well as from years of
sitting
with that ample arse affixed to the window ledge,
as a crossing guard at the corner of Chalfonte and Perry
Hwy.
But shame on Pittsburgh
Attorney, Dennis A Watson for relying on the testimony
of someone who was not even on the scene during the busy
evenings and weekends, when
Angel Studio filled with customers, and cars were more
likely to be in parked in front.

During the mid-eighties. this vehicle sat in front of 479
Perry Highway with for sale signs on it from sometime before
memorial day, to sometime after July 4th with "for sale"
signs on it. This photo, taken at North Park, was more
pleasing than if it had been taken in front of Angel Studio
with "for sale" signs on it. But now I wish that I wuld have
taken it with the cluttered background of the building!

AND WHAT DOES
THIS QUOTE SAY ABOUT
THE VERY OBSERVANT FORMER POLICE
CHIEF
Q. Now, you've been
listening to testimony here this evening. During
that course of time, did you ever notice
automobiles parked in front of the building located
at 479 Perry Highway?
A. Not for any length of time. Someone would drop
off people or -- the elderly used to go up to the
hairdressers, and they would drop them off on the
edge of that sidewalk there blocking it. But they
would stay there long enough for them to get out or
get in the car, and they would leave.
Laird
Kircher
wEST vIEW Zoning Board
November
1999..
During the mid-80's, I was told I could not
sell my vehicle from the municipal parking lot,
which was borough property, and that I needed to
put it on my own property. My Saab Sonnet sat
directly in front of 479 Perry Highway from before
Memorial Day to after July 4th, with 'for sale'
signs on it.B
Could this have been the same Laird
KircherA , Police Chief of
West View who testified under oath? Several other
vehicles were sold from the same spot over the
years.
He sure was
another credible witness, wasn't
he!

Just where were the authorities and their
collective keen sense of observation,
as this shameful flag display was there for all to
see....deteriorating,
little by little, into a torn rag over many weeks?
As Borough trucks "loaded and
unloaded" below...
as many borough officials themselves "unloaded and
loaded"
from their vehicles....and as many of the people who
falsely
testified at the Zoning Board hearing drove by in their
vehicles...
this flag turned into a streaming rag over a period of
weeks,
right under their eyes.
(And right next door to the property they claim to have so
keenly observed)
Just where were the keen eyes of Borough Officials,
including the cHIEF of pOLICE?
(the authorities with such a keen sense of observation and
the audacity
to testify that cars never routinely parked in front of 479
Perry Highway)
They couldn't see this disrespectful example of a flag
displayed and lighted 24/7.
And
they they never noticed the hundreds/thousands of
cars
parked in front of 479 Perry Highway over a 30 year
period.
|
|
Just where was their keen sense of observation
on May 27, 2002,
during the Memorial Day parade, when they rode directly past
this shameful flag display?
Night and day from before March 10, 2002 well into June
(over THREE months),
once more there has been a flagrant disrespect for the flag
in the Borough of West View.
Just where were the keen eyes of Borough Officials,
including the cHIEF of pOLICE?
(the authorities with such a keen sense of observation and
the audacity to testify that cars never routinely parked in
front of 479 Perry Highway)
They couldn't see holes in a flag displayed 24/7 for more
than THREE months, right next door,
and
they said they never noticed the hundreds/thousands
of cars
parked in front of 479 Perry Highway over a 30 year
period.
|
|
Just where were the authorities and their
collective keen sense of observation,
as this shameful flag display was there for all to see for
months, on a daily basis?
Night and day from the end of January, 2004
until the middle of April, 2004,
once more there was a flagrant disrespect for the flag in
the Borough of West View,
displayed right next door to 479 Perry Hwy. at the
firehall.
Just where were the keen eyes of Borough Officials,
including the cHIEF of pOLICE?
(the authorities with such a keen sense of observation and
the audacity to testify that cars never routinely parked in
front of 479 Perry Highway)
They couldn't see tears in a flag displayed 24/7 for more
than TWO MONTHS.
And
they said they never noticed the hundreds/thousands
of cars
parked in front of 479 Perry Highway over a 30 year
period.
