The InternetTrash Help Desk has sent this information

So now you may set and change your alias by email.
People with URLs ending with an email address should
definitely use this feature as soon as possible.
For example, suppose your current URL is
http://www.internetrash.com/users/fred@fredsdomain.com/
Next time you upload a file by email, add an extra line
alias: fredspage
Your URL will then be
http://www.internetrash.com/users/fredspage/
Remember that the alias may contain only alphanumeric
characters
My former advice to set your alias with *every* post
has now clearly been superseded.
