Unfortunately Anyform has banned Angelfire, which was
one of the places I was trying to set a form. I wrote to
this person at Anyform and confirmed the ban (he calls
Angelfire: Anglefire, but I think he means Angelfire).

yes, you are right, but maybe it is possible to add a
note explaining

the problem is that from my experience here with the
slow downloads at libraries and public cabins is that
filling a form takes time, because you fill, then get to
the thank you page and then return to the original page
.... takes considerable time
