In the 'Mail text settings' section | click the 'Plain text settings' button and then set | the message format to 'MIME' (as SZS pointed out at | the beginning) and the encoding to 'none'. I also | deactivated the 'allow 8-bit charachters in header' | option, but I'm not sure this needs to be done.
