Hello ... The subscription list is building up much quicker than I thought it would. Thanks to everyone for participating. I propose that we start at the weekend to give stragglers a chance. Most subscribers have come from ACCMail, and will already be familiar with email methods. For those who don't know about ACCMail, I recommend you get this exceptionally useful document now. Send an email to mailbase@mailbase.ac.uk with this message: send lis-iis e-access-inet.txt In the meantime, here are some answers to the pertinent questions raised by Vafa ali Kamalian ... > 1) how i can change my option to digest. There is no digest option. You won't need it - this is not a high-volume list, nor will it last very long. > 2) what are minimum requirements and cost for setting up > a home page by email. Minimum requirement = an email address Cost = zero, nothing, nada, absolument rien ... > 3) the list will work like a coarse? i mean , someone > (probably the owner) puts some instructions and > people start doing them and report theier experience > on the list? Like a tutorial, rather than a lecture. The input will not come from just one person. If you have something to contribute, please do! What I have in mind now is that I will follow the step-by-step scheme I used in the old Angelfire tutorial. Each 'bullet point' will be a separate posting. Everyone will do it, then we will wait a couple of days to see if anyone has any problems. Then we will move on to the next stage. The reason for this is that I hope to end up with a coherent set of instructions and suggestions that will be useful in the future without further editing. Are there any more general questions like this?
