The Beaver Meat Cleaver Beat
Taken at face value this tape answers a lot of questions, but is it too good to be true?
I question it's authensity because first off the color, all the other demo tapes have some
color to them. These scans look to me like photo copies, which could be forged.
Second, the track list doesn't seem right for such an early tape. And there are 6 tracks
instead of the normal 4.
Also note that the exact same 4 tracks are on the Big Black Bus tape...
Therefore there is a good chance this is a fan created mix tape and not an origional.
Yet, The scans are pretty convincing. Also years ago I found a page where a guy claimed he
was a DJ in the South Florida area in the early 90's. He had a box of demo tapes one of which
was Beaver Meat Cleaver Beat by none other than MM&SK's (yes he used the same name) He also had
the same track list. Thus I am pretty convinced that there is infact a tape called "Beaver
Meat Cleaver Beat" if it is a official MM work I don't know.
