In psychology there is a definitive way to tell if someone is "off their rocker", and that is a specific type of speech called word salad. Basically, it's non-sensical words in completely random order.

No, Prozac can't help this one...

(Though I must admit, this was a fun page to read since I was taking a break from a psychology exam study period to come across this. Back to work for me)
