Hello, and welcome to THE NEW BLACKWOOD REPORT!
My name is Lt. Col. Rene Blanchard, and I am the new webmaster around these parts. I cherish this opportunity and look forward to serving the members of THE NEW BLACKWOOD REPORT! community.
As many of you already know, Mr. Blackwood himself is resting and will be issuing a statement soon, possibly within the next week. Your concerns that he may have been murdered are noted, and rejected.
Frankly, this kind of crap is even more insulting than the last big scare, when Mr. Blackwood accidentally broke his jaw, and a conspiracy-theory cottage industry sprang up even before we could issue a statement. "Blackwood Gear" (the clothing company, not the headshop people) is just one tragic example of this kind of filth. In particular, I am refering to the, "I got the shit kicked outta me by five skinheads, and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" shirts.
Just as Mr. Blackwood had never actually been "attacked by a gang of skinheads" way back in May of 2000, presently speaking, he has not been "Vince Fostered" (as some of you have suggested). All I can say at this time, is that he will be making a statement soon. We will keep him in our thoughts and prayers (He's not dying either - so don't even trip)
I pray that you'll give us some time around here and be patient with our revamping. I have agreed to make no changes until Mr. Blackwood consents to such changes.
