Saturday, November 27, 1999 Alas When I heard that Georgina was going on indefinite hiatus earlier today, I thought that was bad news. And while I was trying to figure out what to say to her via e-mail, another message came in, which knocked that out of my mind and put everything else into perspective. Al Schroeder's son Jamie passed away today.
I wish there were something I could say here. I've spent the past half hour staring at this screen and fiddling with possible sentences, but words fail me. Perhaps that's the best response I can offer.
