hi everybody,

i´m dm´ing a nb- campaign for 2 or 3 years (out- time anyway; in- time we started early april and are now early august in the middle of book 2). we´re playing in the forgotten realms (still 2nd edition, using many rules from the 3 players options books).

I found that eastern mistledale (according to “volos guide to the dalelands” it´s the wild part between peldar´s helm and tilvers gap) to fit the geographical needs of the haranshire- map quite well. tilverton was our starting point (gordren meets the party) and is as the next big city only 2 or 3 days away. in the beginning the players wanted to hurry to thurmaster, deliver that stupid package (courier- service seems to be beneath the dignity of even 1st t- level- characters *g*), despising that boring backwater and hurrying to return to the stonelands- but of course they got almost-kidnapped and drawn into the plot…
