PRINCESS
POSE

My
princess pose is rubber armed
Fake and easy and forever harmed
Its scrape and green and endless cycle
And my prince is looking for his her
My
princess pose is dented plastic
Bleached blonde and scratched away
A tiny cold crown of fading silver smile
Reminds me that life is all worthwhile
My
princess pose is squint perfection
A bit redundant in its blunt reflection
ItŐs a goodbye, goodbye and never ever had it
Only in slumbered dream I felt and saw it
My
princess pose is hopeless hell
A leap of faith, lack of taste and loop of haste
My prince will never come back to me
My double seat throne is all alone with me
My princess pose is finished again
