I say this because they supplied me with this Napster unban file. I cannot personally attest to it's value, as I just built a new computer, with no registry entries from Napster. But apparently, it keeps you banned regardless of a new username because it leaves registry entries behind that mark you as such. This file will edit your Windows registry to remove the incriminating entries, allowing you to reinstall Napster, make up a new username, and get on with your life. Now go pirate lots of Metallica MP3's and hide them somewhere Nappy won't find them.
