"Ten Past Two" - I feel this is my best, you be the judge- written May 20th, 1998 after visiting a dear friend in the emergency room after being hit by a runaway driver.

"Wasted, Selfish, Simple" - lyrics from a new Project Eleven song, March 1998. It written from the viewpoint of a crackhead whom I'd recently kicked out of my house after he'd stolen money to buy his drug of choice.

"The Weapon" - song lyrics from 1997

"Welcome to the Life" - poetry inspired while in the great woods of northern Minnesota, summer '98. It was written while sitting on the porch of our family lake cabin, which is a very spiritual place for me and very inspirational.
