Peter Parker is at his Aunt's house eating a filling dinner, and watching his favorite tv show, X-Men. While he is feeling the reality of the show a news update pops up on the screen and tells aloud, "The Hulk is loose in Manhatten causing havic at the junkyard." Peter hears this and changes into his spider duds. He then jumps out of his windows heading for the junkyard.

When he gets there the hulk doesn't even notice him. He takes this chance to have a surprise attack on his back. Spidey lunges torwards the hulk with as much force as he has, the hulk notices the hit because it knocks the air out of him, but it doesn't move him. Hulk, mad with anger turns around to see Spidey. The Hulk starts to walk torwards him, but just before he gets there, Spiderman dives behind the Hulk, then jumps on his back, covering his eyes.

The Hulk tries to tear Spiderman away from his back, but Spidey has a very tight grip on the Hulk's head. While the Hulk is walking around the junkyard, not sure where he's going, he walks by an old junk car, that's where Spidey gets off. He then picks up the junk car and throws it hard at the Hulk, who isn't even aware of the car till it hits him. He is then thrown off his feet by the tremendous force, and he lands in a huge pile of old, ripped up tires.

The Hulk is not easily beaten, as Spidey can tell, because he gets back up. Spiderman then begins to pick up other large objects to throw at him, freezers, desks and everything else. The Hulk just hits everything out of the way, and as soon as he gets to the wall-crawler, he lifts up his mighty fists to slam down on the bug. Spiderman's spider-sense warns him of the danger and he jumps out of the way.

Spiderman's jumping and swinging around soon tires the Hulk out, making him an easy target. Spidey takes easy shots at him in the back, ribs and groin. Each shot making the Hulk's eye's more fierce and his grim face scarier. Despite his appearence, the Hulk knows that he has been beaten, and eventually falls down, rumbling the ground.
