Uncle Ben

History: Ben Parker, was the wife of May Parker, and the brother of Peter Parker's father. He acted as the father figure in Peter's life and really helped him out as a kid. He tried to teach and help Peter become a man, and played a major role in Peter's life.

Peter at one time was a wrestler, to raise money for his aunt and uncle. One day after a big fight, a criminal ran by Peter and Peter did not try to stop him because he figured it was not his responsibility. Later that night, Peter got home and found his Uncle dead. Peter, furious with anger, ran off to the warehouse where the police had the murderer heild up at. When he got there, he found out that the murderer was the same man that he had failed to stop earlier that day. Ever since that day, Peter has realized that with great strength comes great responsibility, and that is what motivates him to put on that Spider costume every day.
