Well for one I have use their services without running a phone bill.
Hmmmm.....how is that? Because I listen to what they tell me. I had so many free minutes with optional additional time available. When you hear that little beep it means your free time is up and it's time to hang up or stay on the line. At which point you are now being charged for the optional time. If you hang up then you are not charged.
Doesn't sound to me like a scam.
Only stupid people who don't know when to hang up and then the phone bill comes in and they don't have the money to pay. Sure it was fun for them to use up someone else's time and services but when it comes time to pay....?
So knowing this who are the real scammers?
The one's who don't want to pay!
