I received a bill for nearly $1,500 in calls that I never made. The phone number on the Access Resource Services collection notice says that the Calls were made between September-October 2000. However, the phone number listed is a line that I had disconnected in April 2000. How is it that I made $1500 in calls on a number that had been out of service for 5 months? I've called repeatedly, but I get nothing but voice mail. If you have suggestions I would appreciate it.
