Where can non-resident mum's turn to?
I can find lots of help for non-resident father's.

How can the Child Support Agency use Section 8 - Earning capacity and not show how the decision was made and totally ignore all "FACTS" presented to them.

Especially with regard to employment history, employment qualifications and tax returns (including group certificates from employers) and basically the Child Support Agency calls you a liar - and because you are trying to better yourself by doing a course to get a qualification to get a better job - and my 'defacto' has kindly helped me do this by absorbing my normal expenses of rent and food payment to the household so I can pay for the course and then to repay him back- then that money should go to the children instead of a course that could get me a decent job.(does this mean they want my defacto to pay for MY CHILDREN) If I wasn't with this man I would not be in a position to do this course as the money would be paying for my food and rent. If I was on the 'dole' they would be encouraging me to do a course to get qualifications to get a job to get off the dole.

These children are my responsibility and I have always paid for them based on mine and their fathers income by the Child Support Agency's assessment calculator.

Now the CSA sends me DEBIT statement each month.
The course is now a debt whether I complete it or not.
Also if based on the online child support calculator his earnings and mine - they now expect me to pay money with a job based on $37,500 and as of Christmas this year $47,500 - the most I have ever earned in any financial year was $27,000 (and I've shown proof - that they just ignore). I would love a job paying that type of money however ($37,000 to $47,000pa) and would happily pay what I had to pay in child support however I don't have the type qualifications that would get me a job like that.
What do they expect me to do - walk the street or do some other sort of criminal activity to come up with the money they now say I have to pay??????

Is the Child Support Agency system warped or what?
