My ex left me 11yrs ago and went on to the pension,I was living in the same town as her and my 3 children, and CSA did not at anytime approach me for child support,I would have paid if I new I had to.She remarried and they both collected the dole for my 3 children,who are in my name.I stayed in the same town for 4yrs and had my children with me when ever I could
and I kept them when I had them.Now 11ys later she has left husband no2 and CSA now reconise me as the father and are pursuing me relentlessly for massive CSA payments.They are treating me as if I deliberatly tried to evade them.I have always had contact with my kids and havnt been in hiding.I have remarried and tried to re build my life,but CSA have now over my head
been through my taxation and want 829.50 a month off me to support my ex wife and my 14yr old daughter.After 11yrs they now recognise my children as mine in the name of money.I have been treated like a criminal,have been told I got away with it for 11ys,by a staff member of CSA.They send me a form wanting all my personal details that they will then let my ex wife read???They have no concience and they are relentless
I am now aware from doing research through various different mens groups that CSA can and will recoup there money any way they can regardless of what lives they destroy in there prossess.The children are not the issue here its plain to see.
