l have been paying the CSA my child support liabillity directley to the CAS for over a year now. l am about $450 in arrears however l make at least a $300 payment every month on the date due. l havent ever had any letters complaining about the money owed to them or asking why l havent payed the full amount. l did receive a phone call about two mounths ago from them asking about the owed amount, and l explained that l am doing the best l can but that l do have money problems apart from my CSA liability and that l would repay the owed amount in the future. the CSA lady said no problems with that. now l get a letter saying that deductions from my wage has been oragized. is this normall to deduct from wages with out any notice???
