In a Delegation slightly different to Boucher's Delegation, Simpson
delegated powers and functions under the Child Support legislation to 7
specific offices under his control.
| 1. In pursuance of the powers vested in me by section
15 of the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 and
section 149 of the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989, I, PETER
E. SIMPSON, Acting Commissioner of Taxation and Acting Child Support Registrar,
HEREBY DELEGATE such of my powers and functions as are specified Column
1 in the Schedules to this Delegation, to the persons from time to time
holding, occupying or performing the duties of the positions specified
in Column 2 in the Schedules to this Delegation.
2. Any act done under paragraph 1. may be reviewed and altered by the Child Support Registrar or his delegated officer at any time within a period of six years from the date of the act being done, subject always to the limitations provided in the Acts specified in the Schedules to this delegation. 3. This instrument of delegation replaces the previous instrument of delegation dated 1 July 1997, and that delegation is hereby revoked. Dated at Canberra this 24th day of December 1998. (P E Simpson)

The main difference between Simpon's delegation and Boucher's delegation
is that Simpson delegates the function of preparing the annual report to
the Deputy Child Support Registrar.
