| This game would not run on my Win95 computer, so I had to run it on a 486 and take screenshots in Windows 3.1. As you see from the screenshot, this is not the Tankwars from 1993 by Kenny Morse, but it is the same idea of two tanks shooting at each other taking into account wind and other obstacles. There are one and two player modes, instructions in the game, sound can be turned off, and several other toggles. It runs too fast on modern computers so use moslo. Some things about this game are that it plays in real time, so you need to think fast, the hot air baloon will drop bombs on you, your tank has a shield, your tank can move and jump, and the terrain varies. If you want to get a general idea of the game before you play, just wait a minute at the "instructions?" prompt and a demo will play. |
