Nope. The FIRST notice *I* had on this (and I get the mail to postmaster, usenet, etc) was a low-space alarm from the cluster system here. The user in question has asked for no contact via email. They have that right too. You already have a forum for a response -- a public one, called Usenet. If you wish to file a *specific* protest regarding our TOS, again, the procedure for doing so is on our web page.
