Coal Chamber Reviews

The London Astoria 2 is a small venue in central London, England. Helmet were headling and Coal Chamber and Vitro were supporting them. Vitro were the first band on, i thought they were really lame, they have a guitarist/vocalist, drummer, bass player and keyboard player, they have too much techno rubbish in there songs, it became irritating that every few songs the guitarist put down his guitar and walked over to a keyboard thing, at times it was like a rave, the place was practically asleep!!! Then Coal Chamber came on. Rayna, Meegs and Mike walked on to the stage and got ready. Dez crawled on to the stage and rose up in the centre and they kicked straight into sway. the everyone was singing "the roof, the roof, the roof is on fire we don't need no water let the mother fucker burn" and when it gets heavy everyone was jumping around and moshing, i was right at the front and was just going mental, they played most of the songs from the album including my personal favourite 'bradley' which was so cool, everyone was going totally mad all the way through, at the end all the band members except rayna jumped into the crowd. To top it all off i went to the bar after coal chambers set and met rayna and mike, they signed my cd and we talked, they were so cool and down to earth, and rayna is soooo hot. i did not like helmet much, i only went for coal chamber and it was the best night ever, i can't wait till they play again. Thanks for letting me talk about the best gig i have ever been to, this is the best coal chamber site i have found, thanks!!!
