"Martin Cheuvront" and in another hand:  
"Uncle Luther's Brother"  
but does not identify which  
man is Martin, or who other fellow is.  We think this might be a portrait of Martin, who died in 1888, and either John Oliver or David Enoch Cheuvront, perhaps Luther Clyde..
