As of the 12th of August 2001 this web site is no longer being maintained or updated. The site will be left on these servers until, well, some one takes it down. Hopefully it will still be useful to those travelling to Baoji, even if it is a little crusty. If you have an intimate knowledge of Baoji and want to adopt it then please contact me. Man zou.

Welcome to the first and probably last on-line English language entertainment guide to the city of Baoji, Shaanxi, People's Republic of China. Overlooked by the Lonely Planet and other tourist tomes Baoji is a dirty, dusty industrial town ignored by tourists, mostly for good reason. This guide however aims to promote a few of the better things to do should you find yourself in Baoji with a spare evening or two.
