Oh you flamers!

Really, what do you expect? Why do you bother? You obviously can't win, and anyway, what's to be gained? I have a theory or two about flamers...
Flamers are bullies who couldn't cut it in reality. More than likely they're looking for someone to push around. Since they can't do it in reality, because of cowardice or lack of physical ability, they try to do so in the arena of the internet. But oh how wrong they are. The net is a realm of the mind. And I've never met a bully who excels in that realm.
Flamers are angry. Why else would they be flaming? Most are incoherent at best, some downright unintelligible. Flamers seldom have proper spelling and grammar, often write thing in ALL CAPS, and usually have messages riddled with typos. Sure, a few typos here and there are normal for the speedy typist, I myself make errors all the time. But not if I go back and read what I've written.
Flamers want to hurt someone. But they can't. A flame is nothing but words. The opinions are often ill founded. The reasons for thier complaint unclear. Flamers don't think.
Now, from this, you may think that I dislike flamers, and that is not the case at all! I find them endlesssly entertaining and I welcome thier flames. I love the circus that surrounds the argument, and I love getting the crowd involved! I wish more people would flame my page! That's why I created the Arena!
I know the secret to beating a flamer. It's in the mind. Flamers are all hot and bothered, unable to understand simple logic at most times. And eventually they all give up. it's just a matter of waiting them out. and so, flamers, Do your worst.
I'll come out on top in the end.
