‘Bubbles’ Offers A Sneak Peek At ‘The Powerpuff Girls Movie’

ENCINO, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – The world will have to wait until July 3 to see The Powerpuff Girls Movie, but one of the stars is offering a sneak peek at the super girls’ big screen debut. Actress Tara Strong, who is the voice of perky Powerpuff “Bubbles,” recently caught a 20-minute preview of the flick and says it has everything the TV show has – but with better animation and jokes. She says the story will focus on how the Powerpuff Girls became superheroes and explain exactly what made their arch-enemy Mojo Jojo go bad. Strong says there was a lot more excitement in the recording booth when the cast was recording dialogue for the movie, because they felt all their hard work was finally paying off. However, she admits it was also more tedious because she had to do more retakes to please producers who wanted the dialogue perfect for the film.
