Real-Life Tenacious D Hopes To Render All Music Obsolete

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Tenacious D might call itself “the greatest band on earth” but one New York-based band has an even bigger boast: The greatest guitar solo of all-time. Scott Lifshine, leader of Nuclear Warrior, claims his guitarist, Phil Danza, has just composed a two-minute guitar solo that “...virtually renders the entire world’s catalog of music obsolete, immediately.” Some might call Lifshine “Tenacious Delusional,” because he also claims Danza recorded the super solo with a frostbitten hand. Lifshine claims Danza’s fretboard hand sizzled off during a snowstorm right before he wrote the solo for “The Nuclear Warrior Song” and “since then he has been unstoppable!” The song, which insiders say sounds more like Santana than the “entire world’s catalog of music” can be heard on nuclearwarrior.com
