WASHINGTON (Wireless Flash) – Attack of the Clones and Spider- Man are falling on deaf ears – literally. An activist group called the Coalition for Movie Captioning is criticizing studios for failing to release an open-captioned version of either film to theaters.
VATICAN CITY – The Vatican is cross at superstars Naomi Campbell, Jennifer Aniston and Catherine Zeta Jones for wearing expensive jewel-encrusted crucifixes as fashion statements. In fact, the Vatican says the fashionable use of the sacred symbol is “incomprehensible.”

National Guardsman Sgt., Gene Arden Vance Jr. was recently killed in Afghanistan and when Dale found out the soldier was fan, he called the widow to offer his condolences. Ever since, Dale has started telling Vance’s life story before playing his favorite song “Miserlou” during concerts.
SAN DIEGO – Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin’s movie, Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course, is coming out July 12, but one San Diego-based home furnishing company is already capitalizing on it by releasing a line of faux crocodile skin kitchen tiles.
OREM, Utah – Star Wars superfan Jason Young, who camped out in front of a Orem, Utah, theater for almost a month before the premier of Episode II, now plans to immortalize Star Wars with the fruit of his loins. According to the Portland Mercury, Young’s pregnant wife, who stayed home during Young’s fanatical camp out, has agreed to his requests to name their baby either “Anakin” or “Miriya Padme.”
