Search Expands For Miracles Performed By Rev. Mike

Reverend Mychal Judge – the chaplain of the New York City Fire Department – was one of the first casualties of the 9-11 attacks. Now, his followers want him canonized as a saint but, according to Catholic law, there must be proof that “Father Mike” performed a miracle during or after his life. That’s why one Father Mike supporter has launched SaintMychal.com where folks can submit miracles performed by the late priest that will then be used as possible evidence during the Vatican’s sainthood investigation process. Father Mike follower Burt Kearns says everyone who knew the reverend thinks he was a saintly man and a hero and hopes the website will expedite the canonization.
