Angelina And Billy Bob’s 2nd Anniversary Inspires Cocktail

BOSTON (Wireless Flash) – The second wedding anniversary of Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton is driving some folks to drink. The couple celebrates their second anniversary May 5 and, in honor of the event, Boston bartender Joe D’Ereo has created a cocktail called the “Purple Reign.” D’Ereo says he chose the title because Angelina and Billy Bob are the current king and queen of showbiz. The drink combines orange-flavored Bacardi, grape juice, ginger ale and lime juice – and is basically a hopped-up version of a kiddie drink known as the “Transfusion.” D’Ereo thinks that’s appropriate since the couple supposedly carries vials of each other’s blood on their bodies at all times. Jolie’s latest movie, Love Or Something Like It, opens in U.S. theaters today (Apr. 26).
