Celebrities Remember a Sex-Filled Studio 54

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – It was 25 years ago today (Apr. 26) that the decadent 1970s nightspot Studio 54 opened in New York. And judging from some celebrities’ memories of the place, its reputation as a pleasure palace is well-deserved. For instance, music producer Nile Rogers of “Le Freak” fame says his best night at Studio 54 was spent at a six-hour, six-person orgy in one of the bathrooms. He tells gossip reporter and former club doorman Baird Jones that to this day he “...still can’t figure out how we all fit in.” Meanwhile, Alec Baldwin, who was a busboy at the club, confesses he quit his job because he couldn’t handle seeing all the couples having sex in the dark corners of the club. “I had to quit the job because it made me too horny,” he admits.
