COMPANY CREATES ‘BUTT DEODORANT’ FOR BABIES

MARINA DEL REY, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – A California company is getting to the bottom of many parents’ problems with a new “butt deodorant” for babies. The so-called Rash-Stick made by Petkin Inc. is a powdery-scented stick that is rubbed onto a baby’s bottom after each diaper change to combat the foul smells caused by “brown nappies.” It also helps prevent diaper rash, says inventor David Goldberg. He says dads have been particularly keen on the Rash-Stick because it’s a lot easier to apply than those drippy diaper rash creams that come in tubes. Goldberg also says the $4.95 stick is strong enough for an adult bottom, which means there’s a huge market for it among those who wear adult diapers.
