OCEAN’S TWELVE? JFK’S SECRET CAMEO

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – The original Ocean’s Eleven movie not only featured Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, it also had a cameo by John F. Kennedy. According to Sinatra biographer Bill Zehme, “somebody in a position to know” claims JFK’s back appears in the 1960 film in a scene where Ol’ Blue Eyes walks through the Sands Hotel. Zehme says the scene was an inside joke between the President of the United States and the Chairman of the Board. However, JFK’s wife, Jackie, was furious and reportedly tried to hide the scene from her son, because she feared it would make him want to become an actor. Zehme deals out other Ocean’s Eleven trivia in the January issue of Playboy. In addition, the remake starring George Clooney, Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt opens in U.S. theaters this Friday (Dec. 7).
