JESUS CHRIST TO BE CLONED DECEMBER 25?

BERKELEY, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – The second coming of Jesus Christ could occur this Christmas thanks to an amateur geneticist who wants to clone the Messiah. 41-year-old Kristan Lawson of Berkeley, California, has vowed to clone Christ by this December 25, but he has now clammed up about his plans. Back in 2000, Lawson claimed he was planning to clone Jesus by injecting DNA gleaned from ancient relics into an unidentified virgin. The immaculate conception was supposed to occur in April of 2001 and the Christ clone was to be delivered Christmas Day, 2001. Now, as the deadline draws near, Lawson refuses to discuss his “Second Coming Project” to anyone, leading some journalists to label it an urban legend. But while Lawson won’t comment publicly, he did tell one reporter, “If I do clone [Jesus], I’m not telling you.”
