IS OSAMA’S EYE MAKEUP MAKING HIM CRAZY?

LONG BEACH, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – A doctor in Long Beach, California, has an important message for Osama bin Laden: Get the lead out – of your make-up, that is. Dr. Karl Simanonok says photos of bin Laden suggest he uses a type of lead- based black makeup called “kohl,” which many Middle Easterners put around their eyes. The good doctor says studies of blood samples of kohl users often show dangerously high amounts of lead, which has been linked to violence, delinquency and attention disorders. He believes that the makeup could be an explanation for bin Laden’s crazy behavior but admits more research is necessary. However, there is hope. Dr. Simanonok says patients who’ve switched to non-poisonous makeup report vast improvements within a few months.
