POTTY PEDESTALS AIMED AT COLLEGE KIDS

BOONE, N.C. (Wireless Flash) – The inventor of a potty pedestal is taking aim at college kids this week to encourage them to squat on the pot. The so-called Nature’s Platform is a plastic pedestal that allows folks to perch themselves over the toilet bowl in a squatting position while eliminating their bowels. Inventor Jonathan Isbit claims the squat method is already used by two- thirds of humans and prevents hemorrhoids and colon diseases. Now, Isbit is hoping to squeeze out some more business by blanketing college newspapers this week with ads for the platform. He hopes once open-minded students take to the device, others will follow. The Nature’s Platform sells for around $85 and can support up to 300 pounds.
