NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – You can expect to see lots of witches roaming your neighborhood tomorrow night. According to a survey by America’s Research Group, a witch is the No. 1 Halloween costume for kids this year. The No. 2 most popular costume is a firefighter outfit.

LEUVEN, Belgium – A group calling itself the “Pumpkin Liberation Army” has struck in Belgium. The shadowy organization has stolen 53 Halloween pumpkins from resident’s porches, saying they object to the “improper use of pumpkins” as holiday decorations while people are starving in other countries.

BUCHAREST, Romania – A Romanian theme park dedicated to Count Dracula is seeking a “more human face” for the vampire. Officials say their main concern is scaring young children but also admit they don’t want to pay royalties to Universal Studios for the right to use the famous bloodsucker. The park is set to be built next year.
