DARGAVILLE, N.Z. (Wireless Flash) – Animal lovers will surely want the head of a 35-year-old New Zealand man who has been arrested for allegedly biting a kitten on the neck. Cops in Dargaville, New Zealand, claim the man still had fur in his mouth when he was taken into custody. Police Sergeant Clifford Paxton says the cat biting episode took place at a campground after the accused got into a fight with a cat owner, grabbed the kitten and bit down. The cat’s neck was almost severed and the kitten has since died. The name of the alleged cat biter hasn’t been released, but he’s been booked on charges of animal cruelty and intimidation. If convicted, he will serve a maximum of three months in prison.
