VIDEOGAMER SIGNS BIGGEST ENDORSEMENT DEAL IN HISTORY

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Wireless Flash) – A 20-year-old guy in St. Louis, Missouri, is proving you can go through life playing games. Johnathan “Fatality” Wendel has just signed an endorsement deal that will pay him somewhere in the “high six figures” to endorse the Razer Boomslang computer mouse. Experts believe the deal makes him the highest-paid videogamer in the world, especially because he earns another six figures annually playing a game called Quick 3 Arena in tournaments. It may sound like fun and games, but Fatality works hard for the money, practicing six hours a day, six days a week and has suffered painful wrist injuries in the process. However, Fatality says it’s worth it, since the sport is finally attracting its share of groupies – especially in Germany.
