Health nuts at Nutricise.com say if you place your trick-or-treat candy upstairs and then run up and down the stairs 10 times you will burn 68 calories – the equivalent of one small bite of a Snickers bar. Just making your child’s costume will burn about 100 calories an hour, and if all else fails, the nutrition experts suggest taking the excess candy to work so your co-workers can get fat instead of you.
