EXPEDITION TO GIANT HOLE IN EARTH PLANNED

FOLSOM, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – A California man is looking for investors to help him search for a hole in the planet that supposedly connects the North and South Poles and other points on Earth. Hollow Earth researcher Dallas Thompson plans to prove his theory with an expedition to Alaska next summer, but he first needs at least $100,000 to purchase a mini-helicopter that will be used to traverse the hole. Thompson plans to enter the northern hole and then fly out through another opening which he believes will lead to a Tibetan village that supposedly inspired the mythical “Shangri-La” in the novel Lost Horizon. Not all Hollow Earth researchers believe Thompson will make it, though, as some maintain the hole only goes to Antarctica.
