RECORD-SETTING HEARSE RIDE TO BE SET

COSTA MESA, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – A ghoulish world’s record could be laid to rest later this month when a group of hearse drivers will attempt to stage the world’s largest procession of hearses. Members of the Phantom Coaches Hearse Club will attempt to have more than 100 of the burial wagons take a three-mile drive which will start at the Orange County Market Place in Costa Mesa, California. Spokesman Clarence Williams says the club is dying to break the record, but right now the biggest problem is finding at least 100 members who are willing to participate. Coincidentally, they’ll be breaking their own Guinness Record of 89 hearses which was set last year at Knotts Berry Farm.
