SPARE CHANGE CAN HELP YOU FIGHT OFF HIJACKERS

TORONTO (Wireless Flash) – Airlines are now asking passengers to help fight off terrorist who take over planes. Although pocket knives and nail clippers are no longer allowed on flights, a former Soviet special forces trainer claims thwarting a hijacker is as easy as emptying the change from your pocket. Improvised weapons expert Vladimir Vasiliev says you can make an effective pair of brass knuckles just by sticking coins in between your fingers and then clenching a rolled-up magazine in your hand. In addition, credit cards make great makeshift weapons because the sharp edges can slash terrorists in the eyes, throat or under the nose. Can’t empty your pockets in time? Vasiliev says that, in a pinch, a jacket can be used to strangle an enemy and a necktie makes a whip that can blind an attacker or knock away his or her weapon.
