TERRORISM CAN TRIGGER ATTACKS OF DIARRHEA

VANCOUVER, B.C. (Wireless Flash) – Many Americans are having a gut- wrenching reaction to last week’s terrorist attacks – literally. According to Vancouver-based nutritional expert Dr. Udo Erasmus, viewing traumatic incidents can trigger bouts of diarrhea. Erasmus says people who saw the tragedy either in person or on TV are liable to feel the type of stress that makes people less able to digest their food properly. He also says couch potatoes who get stressed from watching the news may also be at risk for depression, sore throats and increased allergies. However, the doctor says taking vitamins and getting plenty of sleep and exercise will help the body adjust to any added stress caused by terrorists.
