GREATEST LOVE STORIES NEVER TOLD

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Fairy tale love stories are a thing of the past if the winners of a contest for the “Greatest Love Story Never Told” are any indication. The grand prize winner – whose story is being published as a book by William Morrow – is a couple from New York who were about to sign the papers of their divorce when they realized how much they still loved each other. Another winner is a Native American woman whose family offered her into marriage in exchange for two bracelets and a cow. She escaped the arranged marriage by getting pregnant by her sweetheart. And finally, there’s the lady who met her future husband in a grocery store just after his wife died giving birth to their fourth child. The two lovers bonded when she helped him figure out what kind of formula and diapers to buy for the newborn. The grand prize winners’ story, Within a Whisper (William Morrow) is in stores now.
