TWO AUSSIE PSYCHICS HOPE TO WIN $1 MILLION CHALLENGE

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Wireless Flash) – Two Australians who claim they have supernatural powers hope to win a $1 million challenge offered by magician and skeptic James Randi. Randi has had a long-standing offer of paying $1 million to anyone who can scientifically prove they have psychic ability, and the two men will submit to a test later this month in Brisbane, Australia. One of the men is a pet sitter who claims he can heal people with his hands; the other is a baker who claims he can detect gems and precious metals using a pendulum. Randi says he tests about 60 psychics a year and so far none have won the $1 million prize – which is a donation from a wealthy sponsor that remains in a special account.
