FOODS CAN CONTROL YOUR MOOD SWINGS

FOODS CAN CONTROL YOUR MOOD SWINGS

DEL MAR, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – Here’s food for thought. What you eat can control your mood. According to physician Dr. Barnet Meltzer, author of the new book Food Swings (Marlowe & Company), food causes two-thirds of all mood swings. He also blames depression and sexual apathy on poor eating habits. Meltzer claims laying off refined sugars and white flour curbs depression and passing on dairy diets and mucus-inducing foods prevents sexual sluggishness. Folks who want to beat the blues should chomp on alfalfa sprouts and beets while celery and asparagus will give your sex life a surge. Meltzer says eating the correct foods can change your mood in as little as 20 minutes – but he warns eating the right foods won’t make any difference unless you change your eating habits for good.
